How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes around 1-3 Business days depending on the courier service, please check your delivery information and delivery time here -> Track Order
Is delivery free?
Yes , for now we are trying our best to keep delivery free. However, for some parts oustide of UK mainland (Northern Ireland) there will be extra delivery charges.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes we deliver across mainland UK. For northern ireland deliveries, please contact us as there might be extra delivery charges or we will contact you.
Will I receive tracking information?

Product
What sizes are available?
At the moment we only have sizes 600 x 830mm, 600 x 1010mm and 600 x 1190mm. if none of these sizes are suitable for you contact us at support@hurogoods.com
What is included with the radiator?
1 x double column radiator, 1 x fixing kit , 1 x manual
Do you include valves?
No, at the moment we do not include any valves in our radiators.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do you provide?
We provide 24 months warranty if the product is defective, we will not be able to provide any refunds if the product is damaged by the customer.
What is your returns policy?

What if my radiator arrives damaged?
We are very sorry about this and this is not something we want our customers to deal with, please get in touch with the support ASAP for help here -> Contact Us
Can I cancel my order?
In the case where you need to cancel your order and the products have not been dispatched yet, please email our support team as soon as possible. We might not be able to cancel the order in time so please do so as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?
